What is the difference in styles?

The small Elbow Compression Sleeve is 6.5" long, medium is 7.5" and the large is 8.5".

Please see the Full Elbow Compression Sleeve for comparison. The Full Elbow compression sleeve is generally preferred by taller athletes and when compression of a larger area than just the elbow is desired.

It is very important to measure your biceps 1 inch above the crease in the elbow (antecubital fossa) with a straight arm in order to get the proper fit. Please do not measure your forearm.

Best compression sleeve I’ve tried. Not your typical fabric. Neoprene and it stays where you put it. Price is excellent

Not what I expected

I like the thin sleeve but the pain increased using the sleeve so I stopped using it. I spent a lot (to me) and cannot use it.

Elbow Heaven

Works well, fits well, generates sweat and heat, stays in position and lots of support. Based on experience so far will consider other Helix products in the future. Only reason I did not give 5 stars I have used it long enough. Works well for tennis and golf.

The elbow sleeve that I purchased, although perfect quality-wise, is not what I was looking for. I wanted a full (long) elbow sleeve but instead received a short elbow sleeve. And I began wearing this short sleeve because I did not know that long ones are available from BodyHelix. Only after I saw a long BodyHelix sleeve used by another tennis player, I realized that I received the wrong one.

The elbow sleeve that I purchased, although perfect quality-wise, is not what I was looking for.

My elbow started hurting from tennis & got to the point where it hurt all the time. I tried a typical tennis elbow band with velcro & it never fit right. The velcro scratched my arm & it would never stay in the same position on my arm. I use the Body Helix patella knee bands when I run & they are the BEST so I knew I had to get a Body Helix one for my elbow. The full elbow Helix is awesome! Once it's on, it doesn't move and I don't even feel it or notice my elbow pain while playing tennis. I've had people ask me about the sleeve & directed them to Body Helix because they are the best!!

Reviewing: Full Elbow Cool Stretch Product Size Small (I'm 5.5 and weigh 150 lbs)
I have moderate elbow tendonitis and play tennis 2-4 times per week. I live in the hot, humid south and was concerned Body Helix products would be to hot and/or chafe. After about 8 uses I've noticed less elbow pain and absolutely no discomfort in wearing the wrap.I don't over heat and the band works much like a divers wet-suit to normalize the bodies temperature. I work in the therapeutic fitness industry and really put this product to the test. In my body, supporting both the lower and upper ligaments, tendons and muscles are helping my arm recover more quickly.
If you have even a small amount of fat on your arm you will notice it squishing out the end of your wrap which is minor when consider feeling and playing better.
I've machined washed and dried it several times and it still looks new.
I gave the product 4 stars because I think it's over priced.
