I love it. It is softer and feel than the carbon true foam barrage and has way more ability to place spin and pace. The drives and serves are heavier without sacrificing control on the resets 2 g in the handle with half a gram each at three and 9 o’clock and half a Gram each at 10:30 and 130. Just wanted another one as a backup.
So happy with the Body Helix knee compression sleeve, (I also use one of there ankle sleeves). I’ve tried numerous sleeves, some are better than others, but the Body Helix has been the best and is worth the few extra dollars. Save your self some pain and dollars and go straight to the Body Helix. I no longer require Hyaluronic acid shots in my knee. I am now able to play Pickleball 3-4 times a week and at least 4 hour sessions,(12-16 games per session). Having fun again without the knee and ankle pain. MRI has shown a meniscus tear and right arthritic knee. The sleeve has a nice and full compression which keeps my knee stable during the hard and fast movements. I hand wash and air dry after each use. Getting ready to order another sleeve as a backup.
I like my F1 so much I wish I had waited a week to take advantage of yesterday's email special for 99 and 2 for 149.
Hi J Reid, we're thrilled to hear you love your F1 paddle! I have sent an email about the paddle sale. I look forward to hearing back from you.

After a complex meniscus tear and arthroscopic surgery on my right knee, I’ve tried several knee sleeves, including Incrediwear and Bauerfeind. The Full Knee Helix is the only one that I feel has actually improved my performance on the pickleball court.
With this sleeve, I almost feel back to 100%. That’s a big statement for me after what this knee has been through. My strongest endorsement is how well I’m playing while wearing it—not simply how it feels when I first put it on.
Other sleeves have their merits, but the Full Knee Helix has made the biggest difference for me during actual play. This is my personal experience, and I’m very pleased with it.
Great bag and great value, this bag is made from high quality materials. There are a ton of pockets for everything that I need for the full day of playing. There are so many pockets that I am not using some of them.
I could never find a sleeve that fit me keg correctly. Body Helix was the answer. First and doesn’t slip. So happy!
I got the standard and from the moment I played with it it felt great. A lot of control which I wanted but power too when I need it. It’s made me more confident with my shots and placing the ball feels really intuitive - it goes where I want it to go.
The F1 has dramatically improved my game from the control aspect but still keeps the power. A well designed paddle. Love it.
Fantastic pickleball bag. Well made, loads of room for gear. Love the water bottle pouch.
The biceps compression sleeve does exactly what it is intended to do. Helps diminish pain and offer great support to decrease further injury to the area.
This paddle has genuinely changed my game. The control gives me the confidence to slow the ball down when I need to, while the grip lets me generate spin and place shots I couldn’t do much with before, especially balls that are too low to attack with power. I have more options on the court now, and it’s easily become my favorite paddle.
Purchased the thigh compression sleeve after completing Physical Therapy resulting from a Hamstring injury, which had me sidelined from tennis for approximately 8-9 weeks. The compression sleeve is EXCELLENT & I will continue to wear, as I'm back to playing competitive tennis (USTA leagues,
as I'm on two teams - 55 & over and 65 and over).
I highly recommend this product for anyone with hamstring or thigh injuries.
Fantastic all-court paddle. Foam core provides the right amount of dwell time for control and spin, while delivering excellent pop on drives. The Flik performs right there with the best all-court paddles at any price
It's a fantastic paddle. Resetting the ball is so easy, the paddle just absorbs the energy and gives you control. Not a bad trade off. Then when you generate your own power on drives or serves, it gives you back what you put into it. There is never any chaos or hotspot when hitting with this paddle.
I love it! This paddle really rewards you when you have proper technique, but does not punish you when you don't.. I have much better control with dinks, resets and put-aways. It's my first hybrid shape paddle and I'm very happy with it. Works well in firefights. I've also noticed that it's much quieter than the non all-foam paddles - which is a bonus for me. The only downside is the handle is white. Gets dirty looking. (I'm a rec player, low-mid intermediate, senior woman.) Highly recommend the F3!
I have held off reviewing this paddle until getting a chance to really play with it this summer. Almost three months in, I give it a definitive five stars.
It has improved my game by providing a perfect balance of control and pop, and since my purchase, three of my friends decided to get it.
All of us appreciate the gas me up and 10% discounts. FLIK makes it easy and even more rewarding to support small business.
Flik is not a well known pickleball company in the group of people I play with but it should be. When I initially got this paddle months ago, I struggled with it because it just had too much power. I eventually settled on playing widebody paddles and developed my short game. Then months later I again tried this paddle and it is soooooo good. I've had roughly 25 paddles and this is the best feeling of any paddle I've owned. Now that I have a decent short game I can get to the net and dominate with this paddle- outstanding pop. It also has great controllable power. It has a soft, plush feel that is just pleasing to hit. The quality of construction on both this paddle and the F3 is very impressive. Of all the paddles I've owned, this paddle and the F3's edge guard just doesn't scuff and lose paint like other paddles. Also, the grips are very good. The paddles just look really good and they feel even better. The paddle covers for Flik paddles are the best in the business bar none. My only complaint with the F1 is it's the only shape that is 'legal'. If Flik could come up with the F1 in a 'legal' standard/widebody shape I'd buy 2 of them!
I’ve been really impressed with the FLiK pickleball backpack. Right away, the first thing that stands out is the outer material. It feels rugged, durable, and ready to handle regular trips to the courts without looking worn out after a few uses. It has the kind of build that makes you feel like your gear is actually protected, not just thrown into a basic sports bag.
One of my favorite things about this backpack is how much storage it has. There are so many separate areas that it makes organizing everything easy. Instead of digging through one big compartment to find paddles, balls, keys, sunglasses, a towel, or snacks, everything can have its own place. That makes a big difference when you’re getting ready to play or packing up quickly after a match.
The thoughtful compartments are what really set this bag apart. I love that there are areas designed to help keep electronics cooler and protected, which is especially helpful on hot days at the courts. There is also a breathable section for shoes and used clothing, so sweaty gear is not mixed in with everything else. That is such a practical feature and one of those details you appreciate more every time you use the bag.
Overall, Fred really seems to have thought of everything when it comes to this backpack. It is rugged, roomy, well-organized, and designed with real pickleball players in mind. If you want a bag that can carry all your court essentials while keeping things separated and easy to find, the FLiK pickleball backpack is a great choice. It is so nice, I’ll be purchasing one for my husband too.
I am playing a lot of Pickleball and Tennis this summer and my triceps started hurting so much I couldn’t do a normal serve. Chat gpt suggested this I get this brace and it has worked great. Sizing was easy- just measure your upper arm/bicep area. Comfortable too.
Love this paddle I get plenty of spin and place the ball better. I get lots of power on my drives and serves, can’t wait to use it in a tournament
