Our Full Elbow compression sleeve provides support and medical grade compression over your entire elbow joint and for the surrounding muscles and tendons above and below your elbow joint, making it an indispensable piece of gear to have in your “toolbox”.

What is the difference in styles?
The Full Elbow Compression Sleeve covers the entire elbow joint. The material extends both below the elbow joint and above the elbow joint by several inches, also giving support to the upper forearm and lower portion of the upper arm. It is the product of choice for recent tendonitis and for injuries to the elbow or to the musculature around the elbow joint.
The Elbow Compression Sleeve is a shorter product, covering the entire elbow joint but nothing below or above the joint. It is the preferred product for injury prevention, arthritis elbow compression, and is sometimes the preferred golfers elbow compression sleeve.

It is important to measure your biceps with your arm straight, 1-2 inches above the crease in your elbow. Please do not measure your forearm.

Love this full elbow sleeve. It is always in my tennis bag!!! I’ve had this one for almost four years and it still works as well as when I first purchased it! I always deal with Sara as we knew each other in Greensboro through tennis. She is awesome. (No, I did not get a discount for going through her but she is amazing and very knowledgeable so I stick with her for my Body Helix needs!) Re the elbow sleeve, YES, for most people, this sleeve will feel tight when wearing it the first few times but it will adjust to fit your elbow and you will find the fit becomes perfect for “your elbow.” I have found the other full sleeves also are tight when you first use them. If you want a different size, Body Helix stands behind their products so no need to worry. Read the return policy/instructions to assure you get your replacement or refund in a timely manner. It can be machine washed and dried. This is an amazing USA company out of Greensboro NC. The prices may seem higher than some you find in your local pharmacy or sports store. However, those products will not be able to compete with the length of use compared to Body Helix. My elbow sleeve is over four years old, my ankle sleeve is over 3 years old, Full knee compression 2-3 years, back brace 2-3 years. Still working wonderfully. Recovered from months of pickleball elbow issues and now always play with compression. Should have learned this lesson after the first occurrence a couple years ago. Used full elbow helix then, but from now on will never play without it. Needed extras as I play 4+ times a week. Easy to toss in the washer and dryer, gentle cycle my preference. Very supportive, just like the thigh helix I am never without...Overall great products that work for me.

I’m a fan of the Body Helix full elbow sleeve. I’ve been struggling with tenderness in my elbow and this sleeve offers great support. It is super flexible, it does not hinder your range of motion. It stays put, no tugging or adjusting needed as you play. It is very comfortable and I like it better than the straps I’d been using before I tried this product. Check it out if you are having elbow issues.

I've been wearing the full elbow helix for several years now and due to the wear I get out of it, have replaced it a few times. I've noticed that the quality has gone down quite a bit in the last couple I've purchased. The seams appear to come undone after just a few uses, which never used to be the case. Nothing Wrong With The Sleeve Itself Except It *Might* Be A Bit Thinner Than Before. Please quality check your product as this is really one of the best I've found so far and I hope it will remain that way.

I was introduced to BodyHelix nearly a decade ago from a tennis colleague. Since them I where BodyHelix pedantically - one on my elbow and one on my knee. First they warm the joint and keep it from cooling down from sweat and getting stiff. Second, they provide support and most of all shock absorption in a high impact sport like tennis. I simply rinse them always with hot water after use and they stay fresh and useable for years!

They don’t accept return! You only get one sleeve or knee compression I spoke to some one and he said if I order the full compression then it’s a pair he lied!! I would not recommend ! Such a waste of money time and effort it’s not even the brand names

This review is on the ordering process. When I went to check out I saw a message that said "free 2 day shipping". This was not true, it took almost a week to come to my house. I recommend the product but if you want fast shipping buy from amazon. Tried to support y'all so amazon didn't take a cut but was disappointed.
The product itself does run small and works as described.
