Have gone through three Paddletek Wave and Wave Pro in 3.5 years of 3-4x/week play, and all developed dead spots, so decided to support an entrepreneur after seeing The Dink write-up.
Reasonable price with their promotion for what seems to be a super well made paddle! I was a Fortune 100 category manager for accessories, and I was amazed by how much sweating of the details went into this paddle, including its high quality, perfectly fitting cover.
So far so good; I’ve notice (with the hybrid) improvements in control as well as a great hitting area. I also bought a Joola Hyperion for similar investment so that I would have two functional paddles, and they are similar, but Flik is my favorite and seems like it will be more durable.

Purchased this paddle F3 hybrid to try it out and I am really loving it. Paddle feel is great, responsive and has good control. This is a true all court paddle, wherein you direct your drives, dinks, drips and drops to where you want without any issues. I’ve been using Holbrook Arma, Aero and I can say that the flik f3 seems to be the better paddle for me. I was about to purchase the Holbrook Fuze but changed my mind and instead bought the flik F3 hybrid with discounts available .
So far no issues with the quality of the product.

Coming from a tennis background, I tend to hit the ball near the top end of the face. Same goes for the pickleball paddle. Since the F3 has a higher balance point (head heavy), that's where the energy is being transferred. And combined with a higher twist weight on the hybrid model and varying density around the face, the result is controlled power on most shots. Spin is excellent. The smaller grip size with perforated wrap also aids in handling the paddle and feel. With the price below $200, not including discount, this is a great value.

A truly awesome paddle!
This is my first full foam core paddle and I was expecting a significant learning curve coming from honeycomb core paddles. What I didn't expect was how smooth the transition was from first stroke. Every ball strike felt smooth, controlled, deliberate.
I have only played a few matches and still have some technique to learn but I haven't been this excited about a new paddle since my very first "next level" paddle.

This is my main for 3 months now. I have a lot of paddles like too many but I keep coming back to this one. It’s the one I compare so others too. The f3 is so well balanced. Great control, top tier spin, and decent power/pop. I’m 6’2”/200lb so can create own power but this paddle def has it. More and more people on the court ask me what I’m using, borrow it and then they’re hooked too! Good work team!

My Flik F3 is my go to paddle - it was love at first serve with topspin and depth that felt controlled and lower effort. But the F3 really shines in mid-court where defensive resets are easier than with other foam paddles I have tried. It is lightish - but I haven't weighted it yet as it is feeling good as is. Price and performance top notch.

Got the F1 @ Pickleball 365 & fell in love with it. I normally use Selkirk, but I think I have better performance with the F1. The grip is very tacky so I put an overwrap sweat grip on it, now it feels sweet. The power, control and dinking versatility is easy to manage with this paddle. Review of the FLiK F3 Triple Core Paddles
Introduction
Most pickleball manufacturers release a modest trickle of new paddles each year. FLiK (formerly Body Helix) is not one of them. Instead, they continue to push into new materials and construction methods, often experimenting where other companies simply iterate.
Their latest release, the FLiK F3 Triple Core Series, arrives in three shapes — elongated, standard, and hybrid — and builds on the innovations from their previous models. For context:
• Falcon Elongated introduced a layered core of EPP foam and natural cork dwell pads beneath a carbon fiber face — a combination still unique in the market.
• F1 Elongated with TerraCoreXC™ added internal perforations, a design others have since imitated in their own ways.
Both of those paddles are now available under the FLiK name.
Below is the Hybrid paddle.
The new F3 Triple Core design incorporates three distinct foam densities within the paddle. While FLiK hasn’t yet released technical explanations, the structure suggests a clear intention:
• High density inner core: maximum power on sweet spot strikes
• Mid density ring: improved stability and forgiveness on off center hits
• Low density outer ring: reduced vibration and softer feel
This creates a graduated response system, expanding the effective hitting zone beyond what most paddles offer. Many players don’t realize how small the true sweet spot is on traditional paddles; the F3 aims to make clean, controlled contact far more consistent.

Note: twist weight and swing weight for the elongated version are still being finalized. “4 layer CF” refers to four layers of carbon fiber in the face.
Performance Testing
I tested each paddle multiple times, rotating between them to confirm impressions. Here’s how they stack up.
Power
All three paddles are designed with control in mind, but provide adequate power. The elongated model delivers the most drive, likely due to its added length and leverage.
Dinking
These paddles are exceptionally quiet — among the softest sounding foam paddles I’ve used. Foam paddles can range from a muted boop to a sharp crack; the F3 line practically whispers at the kitchen line. The feel is plush and controlled.
Third Shot Drops & Resets
All three models excel here. They require minimal effort to produce smooth, accurate drops and resets.
For my game, the Hybrid stands out as the most reliable for both third shot drops and transition zone resets.
Spin
Spin performance varies slightly depending on play style:
• If you’re a power driver who likes to send low, fast screamers at your net opponents, the elongated paddle is the best fit.
• If you prefer topspin drives that arc high and drop deep, the standard and hybrid models offer better control.
Again, these opinions are based on my game.
For serves, all three generate excellent spin. The elongated favors penetrating, lower trajectory topspin serves, while the hybrid and standard models shine for deeper, more controlled topspin placements.
Indoor Play
I rally don’t like playing indoors, but I had a chance yesterday and put the paddles to the test. The main difference was in topspin, probably because the ball is softer. I was able to hit deep, topspin lobs, including on the serve, with all of the paddles. Again, I think that because the ball is softer than an outdoor ball, the amount of spin I was able to add was higher.
Bottom Line
No matter your style — power hitter, control player, or all court strategist — there’s an F3 model that will suit your game.

This is very clearly a player’s paddle. The feel is well balanced and genuinely buttery, and it plays like an extension of your hand. From the premium handle to the dwell time at contact, everything feels intentional. The ball almost sticks to the face, there’s a Velcro like grab where you feel it load, hold, and then release exactly when you expect it to.
One thing I really appreciate is what this paddle isn’t. It’s not an upper-tier power paddle, and that’s a positive. I think that alone makes it appealing to a much wider group of everyday players, especially those who value control, feel, and consistency over raw pace. In that sense, it sits on the opposite end of the spectrum from the F1 crowd, and that’s exactly why it works for me.
Bottom line: the F3 Hybrid rewards touch, patience, and smart shot selection. It doesn’t try to overpower the game; it lets you play it. And for the right player, that’s a big win

It's a fantastic paddle. Resetting the ball is so easy, the paddle just absorbs the energy and gives you control. Not a bad trade off. Then when you generate your own power on drives or serves, it gives you back what you put into it. There is never any chaos or hotspot when hitting with this paddle.

I love it! This paddle really rewards you when you have proper technique, but does not punish you when you don't.. I have much better control with dinks, resets and put-aways. It's my first hybrid shape paddle and I'm very happy with it. Works well in firefights. I've also noticed that it's much quieter than the non all-foam paddles - which is a bonus for me. The only downside is the handle is white. Gets dirty looking. (I'm a rec player, low-mid intermediate, senior woman.) Highly recommend the F3!

Paddle is good. Customer service is lousy! For 3 weeks I have been trying to arrange the offered 1 year warranty. No service on line or direct call is possible. What a disappointment! It takes all the fun out of the purchase and experience.

The F3 Triple Core features three shapes with slight size variations: the Elongated is 16.5" X 7.5", the Hybrid is 16.3" X 7.7", and the Standard is 16" X 8", allowing for different preferences in feel and control. In general, players who prefer power or who come from tennis prefer the Elongated Shape. Dedicated doubles players who enjoy battles at the Kitchen where quick hands are important prefer the Standard Shape. The Hybrid is a great choice for a mix between power and quickness.
What is the triple core?
The FLiK F3 paddle features 2 fully floating EPP cores and an EVA outer ring. This decreasing core density allows for increasing power as you travel away from the sweet spot, so you do not experience a drop in power or control when you mishit.
What are the handle length and grip circumference
All F3 paddle shapes have a 5.5" handle with a 4.15" circumference. The length allows for comfortable 2 handed backhands. The 4.15" circumference means the paddle can easily be used by people with smaller hands or people with arthritis while allowing those who want a bigger grip to add an overgrip.
Which F3 Triple Core shape is best suited for offensive players?
While all shapes offer similar static weight and balance, players preferring a slightly longer paddle may choose the Hybrid or Elongated shapes for potentially increased power and reach. Power increases as total length increases. Weights can be added to the top of the paddle for more plow-through.
Does the paddle have a durable grit
The F3 paddle face is made with raw T700 Carbon Fiber, which provides the base for the grit. FLiK uses a proprietary peel ply that allows the carbon fiber to generate spin. While the grit is not a durable grit. the build of the paddle means the grit level will maintain a high level for many months of play, holding its 2100+ spin rate.
