The Falcon Pickleball paddle is a USA Pickleball-approved all-court model engineered for players preferring aerodynamic precision, maximum shock mitigation, and a head-heavy balance point.

Our flik falcon design features a thin 13mm core profile built with a full EPP foam core. It integrates five circular cork dwell pads strategically positioned around the sweet spot to provide the plush vibrational feedback of a much thicker core while maintaining a fast, high-speed profile. The hitting surface of the falcon paddle consists of three layers of premium T700 raw Toray carbon fiber. Mechanically, the paddle features a 16.5-inch elongated shape with a 118 swing weight for optimal plow-through stability.

Engineered for all-court performance, the shock-absorbing cork dwell pads provide joint health benefits, wrist relief, and tennis elbow mitigation by dampening vobration during intense play. While the structural design produces a naturally muted sound profile, it is not officially USAP Quiet Approved.

Included with each purchase is one premium Falcon Pickleball paddle and one plush paddle cover. To maintain spin rate and extend paddle lifetime, regularly remove ball debris using a paddle eraser or sprayable cleaner. Prevent physical degradation by avoiding vehicle storage in extreme hot or cold temperatures, and apply edge guard tape and overgrips to minimize surface wear.

Unmatched Control & Forgiveness

Don't let the 13mm thickness fool you; the Falcon redefines control. Its Cork Dwell Pads work with the Toray carbon surface to spread impact evenly, adding a level of forgiveness usually reserved for much thicker paddles. This integrated technology ensures a dampened, buttery-soft feel and helps you absorb and reset pace from the hardest-hitting opponents.

Dwell Pad Revolution

The FLiK Falcon is the first paddle to introduce Dwell Pad Technology, a revolutionary core system that combines multiple layers of EPP foam with strategic cork inserts. This unique design allows the ball to stay on the paddle face longer, giving you unmatched dwell time for superior control, spin, and pinpoint accuracy on every shot. It’s a game-changer for players who demand a soft feel and the ability to manipulate the ball with confidence.

Silence Is Power

The Falcon proves that a powerful paddle can be whisper-quiet. The innovative cork dwell pads don't just enhance your soft game; they work to absorb and dissipate vibrations, creating a paddle that is both elite in responsiveness and incredibly quiet. This unique design protects your arm from fatigue-inducing vibrations, letting you play with more confidence and a deeper, more satisfying sound on every clean hit.

This pickleball paddle delivers excellent performance with "plenty of pop" and a "very good swing weight," customers said. All reviewers expressed satisfaction, with one noting it "performs exactly as expected." Some players customized weight distribution to enhance drop shot touch.

Soaring to new heights

The FLIK Falcon is a great alternative to the F1 if you want a step down on the power scale without losing touch. It’s lightweight and quick in the hand, and the build allows for easy perimeter weighting if you want to fine-tune balance and swing feel.

For a 13mm paddle, it plays softer than expected — resets and dinks stay controlled, while there’s still plenty of pop for drives and counters. Off-center contact feels stable with very little torsion.

What sets the Falcon apart are the cork dwell pads, strategically positioned inside the paddle. These inserts aren’t just filler — they’re engineered to absorb vibration and extend ball dwell time on the face. That extra micro-second of hold improves spin efficiency and directional control, while reducing shock to the arm. It’s a smart blend of power management and precision engineering that you can actually feel in play.

If you want a paddle that’s precise, customizable, and built with innovative design features, the Falcon delivers.

Body Helix Falcon, the best thin pickleball paddle

Introduction
Body Helix has built a reputation for pushing the boundaries of pickleball paddle design. They were the first to introduce a paddle with internal holes (the F1 Terracore), a concept that has since been copied by other manufacturers.
Now, with the release of the Falcon Elongated, Body Helix is again breaking new ground.

This paddle introduces a unique core construction that layers EPP foam with natural cork dwell pads beneath a carbon fiber face.

The combination is designed to:
•,Spread impact evenly across the paddle face
•,Reduce vibration and sound
•,Increase dwell time for better control
It’s an innovation that feels destined to be imitated once word gets out.
Specifications
•,Thickness: 13 MM
•,Shape: Elongated
•,Surface: T700 Carbon Fiber (3 layers of raw Toray carbon)
•,Weight: ~8.05 oz (mine came in at 7.9 oz)
•,Handle Length: 5.5"
•,Grip Size: 4.15"
•,Total Length: 16.5"
•,Width: 7.5"
•,Patent-pending full EPP foam core
•,Cork dwell pads
•,Balance Point: 24.4
•,Twist Weight: 6.0
•,Swing Weight: 118
Performance
Going in, I had two big questions:
1.,Could such a thin, lightweight paddle deliver real power?
2.,Would an EPP core make the paddle feel hard to control, like my experience with the F1 Elongated?
The answers surprised me:
•,Power: Yes, plenty of it. For such a thin paddle, the Falcon packs a punch.
•,Control: Excellent. It felt far more manageable than the F1.
I started with touch shots—dinks, resets, and third-shot drops. My expectation was that the 13 MM build might compromise soft play, but the Falcon handled flawlessly. The cork-enhanced EPP core seemed to give me extra forgiveness on delicate shots. Another player who tested it said that it felt “plush.” That is a great descriptor.
Next, I tested serves and drives. With its light weight, I worried about keeping balls in control. Instead, my shots came off the paddle laser-accurate—hard, flat, and never sailing long. The paddle’s higher swing weight adds noticeable stability without making it feel sluggish in the hand. It’s a rare balance.
Finally, I tested off-center performance, given the 6.0 twist weight. I had a partner fire rapid shots at me at the net. Even when contact was less than perfect, the Falcon didn’t twist once. While not every block was perfect, the paddle’s stability meant I could redirect balls deep without losing confidence.
Regarding spin, my spin on serves, both topspin and side spin, was excellent. I like to return eves using underspin, and the ball hugged the ground as it is supposed to.
Lastly, I used in play where I got into a few firefights. The light weight of the paddle combined with the foam core made it fantastic in fast, back-to-back hard shots. I just had to meet the ball to shoot it back at an opponent.
Bottom Line
The Body Helix Falcon Elongated is a rare blend of lightweight speed, surprising power, and cutting-edge technology. If you’re looking for a paddle that feels quick in the hand but still delivers stability, precision, and pop, this one is worth serious consideration.
For players who want to stay ahead of the curve, the Falcon represents the next step in paddle design—and one that competitors will likely scramble to copy.

My Magic Bullet

It is a daunting task to express how impressed I am with this paddle. I have been buying and trying the best foam core paddles from all of the major companies. I have enjoyed the transition from honeycomb to foam and really appreciate the performance improvements from Gen 3 to 4. This is the first paddle I have experienced that was exceptionally better than the others. Just like the others, it hits hard, has great feel, and delivers mind-blowing spin. The difference that elevates this above the others is that I can now hit drops and resets better than any other paddle that I have ever tried. I’m not sure what sort of witchcraft or sorcery that has been engineered into this thing, but I’m all for it. As of the writing of this review, I am waiting for my second one to arrive so that I have a backup or loaner if needed. As an added bonus, this paddle is $90 less than most of the paddles that it is replacing. The company is fantastic, caring, and responsive. I couldn’t be happier with this paddle and I bet that you will love it too. I am going to push these paddles to their limits and eagerly await what they have coming for the next generation.

I feel in control

I've had this paddle over 3 weeks and really enjoy playing with it. I've seen some video reviews that say it's difficult to control, chaotic or jarring. Nonsense. Hit the cork sweet spot and it feels perfect, so you can let it rip but off-center shots are also controllable. My third shot drops and lobs go where I want them and resets are also under control. I recommend giving it a try.

Getting closer to perfection with every new paddle. They just don't make the average paddle. This has power, spin, pop with control. Great at the kitchen for speed ups and blocks. Add a little weight and it even gets better.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the cork change the sound of the paddle?
Yes. The cork inserts result is a slightly quieter, deeper sound compared to other foam paddles. Most people report is as easier on the ears due to the slightly lower pitch.
Can I customize the weight of the Falcon Elongated paddle?
Yes, the Falcon Elongated comes with four silicone paddle weights and a customization sheet, allowing you to personalize the paddle's weight for optimal feel and performance.
How does the paddle's design enhance control and spin?
The Falcon has a full foam core with Cork Dwell Pads inset in the core to soften the paddle's feel and increase dwell. Both of these, along with a premium level spin rate allow you to hold the ball on the paddle and direct it.
What are the testing specifications of the Falcon Elongated paddle?
The paddle has a balance point of 24.4, swing weight of 118, and a 13mm core. It is slightly head heavy, providing extra plow through. The 118 swing weight and slightly head heavy balance point are balanced by the 13mm core, making it play more like a 16mm paddle.
Is the Falcon All-Court Paddle USAP Quiet Approved
While the cork does produce a slightly lower and muted sound, the FLiK Falcon is NOT a USAP Quiet Approved paddle.
